IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

This D-ring extender does not include an integrated shock absorber and should only be used with compatible fall protection equipment. Before each use, inspect the webbing for cuts, tears, fraying, abrasion, discoloration, or other signs of damage. Verify that all stitching is intact and that the snap hook automatically closes and locks properly. Remove the product from service immediately if any damage or excessive wear is detected.
